Customer Engagement Manager

Full Time

Primary Responsibilities

  1. Act as a real-time post-sale consultative partner to clients.

  2. Ensure a positive experience by maximizing value and benefit of product offerings.

  3. Assist in product recommendations, client onboarding, new-client implementations and training to ensure client experience is seamless and consistent.

  4. Understand specific client objectives in order to identify additional sales opportunities for the sales team.

  5. Track success through metrics such as client engagement scores, measures of success, etc.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • 2-5  years’ experience in client services

  • Understanding of social media mediums and trends in usage

  • Understanding of HTML coding a plus

  • Passion for excellence and desire to work with a best-in-class team

  • Excellent communications skills including interpersonal, written, verbal, and listening skills.

  • Self-motivated, team player with desire and dedication to being part of a top-performing team

  • Ability to maintain positive work environment

  • High level integrity and ability to maintain confidential information

  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of time
