Wiregrass Electric Cooperative (WEC) recently received a Silver Addy® and the Judge’s Choice Award for their newly redesigned website at www.wiregrass.coop. Atlanta-based APOGEE Interactive designed and produced the site for the Hartford Ala. cooperative.

Wiregrass Electric Cooperative Awarded Dothan Silver Addy® for Website
ATLANTA, March 21, 2011 – Wiregrass Electric Cooperative (WEC) recently received a Silver Addy® and the Judge’s Choice Award for their newly redesigned website at www.wiregrass.coop. Atlanta-based APOGEE Interactive designed and produced the site for the Hartford Ala. cooperative.
WEC’s redesigned website features APOGEE’s HomeEnergySuite™, an online customer service chat function, a digital version of the coop’s membership magazine, Alabama Living and more.
“We have always been pleased with our partnership with Apogee and we loved our new website design,” said WEC Manager of Member Relations, Cary Hatcher. “Our main goal was to improve communications with our members – the fact that we won an award is a bonus.”
