Well Known Business Development Executive Joins Apogee Interactive

ATLANTA, August 29, 2012—Atlanta-based Apogee Interactive, a leading provider of online energy applications to more than 650 utilities, is pleased to announce that David Logsdon has joined its Business Development Team. Logsdon will be based in Ohio and will primarily be responsible for developing business with investor-owned utilities and providing customer support.  

Logsdon brings more than 20 years of client management, marketing, and customer engagement experience to Apogee and its clients. During his career, David has developed expertise in strategic planning, program implementation related to customer communication, marketing, brand positioning, promotional campaigns, and internal/external communications within the utility industry.

Prior to joining Apogee, David spent 7 years as a National Business Development Manager at Questline, a provider of customized online newsletters.  He was responsible for determining needs and offering solutions to the Company’s customers.   

According to Apogee CEO, Susan Gilbert, the Company is fortunate to have someone with David’s qualifications and experience on board at this critical time when so many new products are being launched and made available to Apogee’s enormous client base. “If you remember that luck is when preparation meets opportunity, we are extremely lucky to have David join us at this time and from his location in Columbus – an ideal hub for working with some of our key customers including AEP, First Energy, and Commonwealth Edison,” explained Gilbert.    

She added, “From his many years cultivating business in our space, David brings extensive knowledge of our utility customers and their needs.  Additionally, he shares our core beliefs in building trusting relationships, providing innovative solutions, delivering value, and assuring exceptional customer satisfaction.”
