APOGEE Interactive, Inc. and GoodCents Solutions Forge Business Alliance and Name Tom DuBos Alliance Manager

ATLANTA, September 27, 2005 - APOGEE Interactive, Inc. and GoodCents Solutions®, have formed a strategic alliance to market Apogee's industry leading energy analysis applications, Internet content, Web-enabled customer service systems, and eLearning courses packaged with GoodCents Solutions' well proven capability delivering turnkey programs to utilities for energy efficiency, demand reduction, and direct installation programs.

Industry veteran Tom DuBos will manage this alliance and also represent Apogee and GoodCents Solutions for their independent offerings. Tom has a distinguished career providing innovative energy programs to utilities and large users. His background includes unique approaches to improve energy use efficiency utilizing software, hardware and equipment, and business process solutions. He will be based in the Portland, OR area.
