A complete training schedule is included as a part of your software launch. Your account representative will take the lead in this training and will draw upon other Apogee resources as needed to show you how to get the most out of your Apogee software.
We start with onsite training and typically work with energy efficiency and marketing staff, customer service reps, energy auditors, energy engineers and other customer service stakeholders.
Your account representative will also conduct as much online/remote training as your program needs dictate. And we invite you to participate in the free webinars we offer on a regular basis through our Apogee Institute.
